Year 2
Welcome to Year 2's area of the website. Here you will find all the information you require for your Year 2 child. You will find the topics that we will be covering this year and a long term overview.
We believe that the children's last year in Key Stage 1 should be a memorable one. So, we have planned some exciting but challenging opportunities that we hope the children will really enjoy and engage with. In Year 2, we work on developing independence in a nurturing and safe environment.

Hastings Class - Monday and Thursday
Please encourage your child to read as often as possible at home and record this in the Reading Journal.
The children have access to Purple Mash and Times Tables Rockstars. If your are unsure of your child's username and password, please ask the class teacher.
